Who we are
KAPEVault is provided by BrewedOps (Kenneth Villar), based in the Philippines. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BrewedOps.
Using KAPEVault
You may install KAPEVault on your own devices and use it to keep your secrets and the ones you manage for others.
KAPEVault is free to download and use. Some features may be offered as a paid option in the future. If so, we will describe them, with the price, before anyone pays.
Do not use KAPEVault to break the law or to keep data you have no right to hold.
Your keys, your responsibility
- Your vault is sealed with your master password. BrewedOps cannot reset or recover it, and cannot open a vault for you.
- Keeping backups is up to you: an R2 bucket, a copy folder, a saved copy, and a printed Emergency Kit.
- Your Cloudflare account, its charges and its terms are between you and Cloudflare.
- Keep your devices updated and free of malware.
No warranty
KAPEVault is provided as is. We test it carefully, but we do not promise it is free of bugs or that it can never lose data. Keep more than one backup.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, BrewedOps is not liable for lost data, lost access, or indirect losses from using or not being able to use KAPEVault. Nothing here takes away rights the law says cannot be waived.
Other services
KAPEVault works with services we do not run: Cloudflare R2, Windows, Android, and any cloud folder app you choose. Their own terms apply to them.
Changes, law and contact
